Design flaw on the larger of the two baskets. Excellent customer service After seeing the high average reviews here, I expected better, but it’s just “okay”. I like how the handle comes off: the attachment is well made and solid. But I bought this for grilling, not for the handle, and that’s a problem: if you grill only thin slices, everything works fine, but when you have thicker pieces, the lid and handle don’t line up parallel at the clip. Great for fish I got this expressly for grilling fish. Works lovely. Thinner fillets do like to slip through the sides a bit. That was my only issue. Bigger cuts sit firmly in place. The closure mechanism is easy to use, and I did not have issues with it coming open. The straight handle allows easy turning. Oil it well, or clean up is a real butt. I’ve had no issues with rusting or the handle coming apart. I wish the handle was all metal or longer, as it is, it has to sit close to the front of the grill or…
