Great service from Weber after hidden damage I received my new S-335 grill with no apparent external damage to the box but found that several parts were bent or dented when I opened the internal boxes. I called Weber and their customer service was outstanding! I had the new parts in a couple of days and then completed the assembly. We used the grill for the first time yesterday. It works great. Where is the quality control – apparently not here? This would be a pretty nice BBQ for the price (and it would receive more stars from me) if it actually worked out of the box!!!2 out of the 3 burners will *not* light using the electronic igniter, only the rightmost burner and the side burner will ignite using the electronic system, I have tried all the suggested ‘troubleshooting’ remedies suggested to no avail!(basically there must be a problem between the igniter controller and the recalcitrant burners/igniters)…
Good Grill but assembly takes a long time. I did my homework, viewed reviews and a variety of grills in local stores, and finally decided on this one. It has all the features I want, and a 10 year all inclusive warranty.I’m very comfortable with assembling items I purchase. The claim here was 90 minutes.
