These mats can be used on the grill or in the oven. I like that they are versatile. They can be used to cook directly on or use them as a drip pan to save a lot of cleaning if there is a mess made from drippings. I am glad that i can use these for small vegetables rather than worrying about them falling through the grill grates. The only problem I have found with them is that the grease doesn’t have anywhere to go, so it just sits there, whereas if it had a few tiny holes the grease would fall…
These grill mats are very versatile. Living in Southern California, we are privileged enough to have grilling weather for extended periods of time.
