DIRECTIONS:

1. Coat grill basket with oil or your favorite non-stick spray to keep food from sticking. (This also makes clean up much easier).

2. Preheat grill basket on your grill.

3. Place food in grill basket and cook until desired amount of char and desired texture of food is achieved.

4. Remove food. (Caution grill basket will be hot. Use heat resistant gloves or mitts when touching basket). Allow grill basket to cool.

5. Hand-wash or put in dishwasher to clean. You may use scrubbing pads or steel wool if food gets stuck to grill basket. (To keep that new and polished look and keep your basket from discoloring over time, you can use a metal cleanser/polish like Bar Keeper’s Friend).
