How to use
1. Use scissors to cut the barbecue mat to the desired size and shape.
2. Place it on a pot, plate or other container
3. Put the food on the mat.
4. After the food is cooked, wait for cooling, then remove the barbecue mat and wash with detergent.
5. Barbecue mat can be reused more times.
Notice
Grill mats cannot be in contact with an open flame and need to be far enough above an open heat source that they aren’t exposed to temperatures above 500℉. This is not a shortcoming of the product. Limit of 500℉ degrees as specified by the FDA for all nonstick cookware. Otherwise grill mats will disintegrate and burned out at higher temperatures (626℉). The Chef recommends barbecuing between 300℉ and 400℉.

It covers my entire gas grill surface..it heats evenly and is easy to clean up after using it. When using the mat, do not look at the thermometer on the grill lid..it will be off by a couple hundred degrees because so much heat will be trapped under the mat..get an infrared digital thermometer that measures the surface of the object you point it at…my grill thermometer was showing 295 degrees, but the surface temperature of the mat was 455. Absolutely love it!.I did all my research before picking the mat I wanted, was not impressed with other brands, and wasnt getting my hopes up. But just wow this one is fantastic. Im genuinely impressed by how well it works and how easy it is to clean. Nothing sticks and food is cooked perfectly through it, works great with marinated meats too. Grill marks are hit or miss depending on whats being cooked, but the taste Id say is even better. Wish I had bought this years ago.Can not recommend…
