Several emails sent to the seller were met with lame excuses and no help whatever Extremely dangerous product. The surfaces where the venturi connects to the burner was not properly machined such that the gasket did not seal the joint. This caused the joint to leak propane and the entire unit to be engulfed in flames. Luckily, I had a fire extinguisher nearby to put out the fire. Customer service was non-existent.
