ATTENTION:

1. DO NOT place grill mats directly on charcoal or open flame. Lay the grill mat on the grill grate approximately 6 to 7 inches from the burners / heat source.
2. USE TIME – When using the mats more than 30 minutes, the maximum temperature is 260 ℃; when used for a shorter amount of time, the maximum temperature is 400 ℃.
3. FOR BEST RESULTS – Although NOT necessary, you can brush a layer of oil on the grill mat before cooking; this provides greater heat transfer and more even cooking.
4.CLEAN UP – Allow mats to COOL before washing, then simply wash mats with soap and water and dry with a soft cloth. NOTE: Avoid using metal utensils or cleaning devices as they may scratch the mats and cause damage.
5. STORING – Do Not fold or crease mats.
