it was the perfect purchase for me after having bought a new George … While this book has been out awhile, it was the perfect purchase for me after having bought a new George Foreman Evolution grill. I needed some ideas regarding meals I might enjoy grilling indoors and this cookbook is full of them. Most are simple and tasty, not requiring a ton of exotic ingredients, but stuff the average person might have on hand or find easily at the grocery store. I am enjoying trying out these recipes and am glad I purchased the book. Oh, and a good condition used copy cost…
Good things come in slightly smaller packages. I got this as a gift for someone so I cannot comment about the recipe taste quality. I can tell you a few things: the quality of the food photos is good, the instructions seemed to be organized and precise, the recipe selections were varied and well organized.
