Yup – Suncast does it again – just what I was looking for! Suncast does it again with this “Outdoor Prep Station”. I have some Suncast stuff in may garage and it works great. Plastic yes, but very sturdy and well made. This prep station is no exception. It is exactly what I had in mind. I have a Large Big Green Egg and wanted it mobile in and out of garage, so its not permanently mounted in one of BGE’s expensive tables. It’s in a BGE :”Nest” with 4″ heavy locking casters. Poor manufacturing, worse customer support. Suncast’s quality control AND your customer service suck. The lower door doesn’t stay latched. When I called, customer service told me it was the door, and ordered me a new one. When I later looked at the door again, it looked to me like it was bowing on the lower left panel that caused the problem. So I called back and asked for the left side panel. When the first shipment arrived – it was the wrong part!! I got a piece for a hose reel! So I called a third time. The mistake was…
