Appears to be a quality product I just received this smoker. It was ordered using Amazon Prime and was delivered on time. The packaging was intact, was double boxed, and unlike a few other reviews the contents inside did not have any damage with one minor exception. On the top there was a slight inverted dimple (see picture) but very minor and not something someone would normally spot unless looking for defects.
