Great customer service! YOU’LL NEED IT. I’ve had this grill for 4 months as of August 2018. It’s a pretty terrible grill. The metal is thin, the construction is a bit wobbly, and the design isn’t the greatest – I could forgive some of this if it wasn’t for faults…I’ve had several grills, this is my 4th gas grill. Grease plate canât be removed for cleaning, breaks quickly Update 5/1/18-So here we are less than a few months later. We decided to line the grease plate with foil as a way to keep the buildup down. Iâm lowering this review to 1 star or less because a roller caster has already broken off. Turns out it was only welded on in 2 tiny dots. Itâs clearly only a matter of time before the other casters break off as well. What a cheap junky BBQ. Look elsewhere!
