Packaging Still NOT Right. So, like most other reviewers, my âRoyal Gourmetâ grill/griddle was bent & all f-ed up, right out of the box. The grill came in a fairly large box weighing over 70 lbs and appeared to be in good shape. Upon taking the parts out of the box to assemble product, I found broken pieces of styrofoam and loose screws. My brand new grill that I paid $280 for was all scratched up and the bottom of the grill area is bent.
