A Few Significant Design Flaws – Otherwise OK Iâve used this smoker about 20 times so far and have the following issues.The chip box expands when it gets hot and the metal expansion causes it to get stuck in place. This is more than just an inconvenience as you have to really yank it out quite hard and it scrapes against the main box.Also, the water pan only holds enough water for about 3 hours at 200-250F.
