What a fantastic pizza oven The Pacific Pizza Oven is the best. I admit I read the customer reviews, and encountered several reviewers stating that they were having problems reaching the internal temperature needed for certain food items to cook, and many were using aluminum foil to block the flue to keep the heat in. Great Pizzas and Great customer service I purchased a Pacific Living Pizza oven that was custom built into an Island for my backyard kitchen. When I received the oven, it wouldnât stay lit, so I called and spoke to Rick who promised me that they stand behind their product and they will get it working perfectly. Rick and I spoke a few times but I couldnât get it working correctly, so Rick just said he would send someone out to my house and make sure it works the way it should. And sure enough thatâs what he did and the oven works…
