I got this grill because I needed something small and convenient. Our porch is not big and our previous gas grill was larger and just taking a lot of space and more than what we needed. The griddle is very nice and the size is perfect for us. Very easy to cook on top. We have cooked pepper, seared veggies, steak, shrimp, scallops and pancakes on it. Best investment for a griddle ever. Bought it for the camping trip but using it at home as well. It works with a 20 lb propane tank or 1 lb bottle. Small bottle is convenient for travel but a tank is better for patio BBQ. Easy to clean, you just need squirt water on the griddle when finish grilling then scrape of any food residue…
