Strong Spring and Tricky Threads – But a Very Good Light It is very good at gripping the top of our washer so that we can see the control panel options. The clothes washer panel is not back lit and is hard to see in the dimness of the laundry room.When closing the battery compartment the spring in the cap took a fair amount of pressure which complicated pushing in and starting the cap onto the threads. would be nice if it was usb rechargeable i like being able to charge these via USB, its a drag to do it with AA batteries. more so because i had to flip it a few times to get it in right. The aluminum is tough to screw on, could use a bit of grease.it has 2 modes, bright and low, when its on it starts as bright, its a half press to get it lower. with full batteries, you’ll light a room. but if you want to fix say an outlet, low is better.the magnet is very strong…. as long as you don’t touch it. if you bump…
