2.Do not submerse the unit in water or place it in dishwater. BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET WATER IN THE THERMOMETER AS THE TOP ELECTRONIC PART IS NOT WATERPROOF.

3.NEVER use the thermometer in a closed oven.
