Temperature Control not functioning properly Having difficulty holding temperature. Initial seasoning held steady. First cook, temp held at 225° for 4 hours then the temp rose to 300°. Could not adjust back down to 225°.With the control knob turned all the way down, smoker temperatures still above 250°.Temperatures were monitored by two ThermoWorks probes. Both probes have had the calibration checked against a NIST traceable thermometer.I fear the temperature controller or sensor might be bad…
