Best grill and smoker in the world ! Best grill and smoker we have ever had. Not only can you smoke foods now but you can use the lower smoker burner oy without chips and maintain the lowest tempature ever at around 200 degrees. You cannot do this in any grill this size.Also in high winds it does not blow out like other small grills.We live fulltime in our RV and travel. This grill has a great lid lock and nerves with us turning it on itâs side and placing it in a crate, the inside racha stay on place. Our other one…
Not impressed so far… Received the unity and put it together. It went together just fine and looks great. The first night we cooked small salmon fillets and took a long time on high – the thermometer said temp was only 200 degrees. I state the temperature because as the fish was cooking the two gas knobs for the main burners came off once hot. The plastic got soft and they fall right off even after the unit cools.
