but larger pieces I feel I’m almost better off just using just the smoker racks I bought these to use making jerky. They work ok, but they don’t seem to be very non-stick. These will help you with smaller pieces not falling through the grates, but larger pieces I feel I’m almost better off just using just the smoker racks. You will need to clean the smoker racks regardless of using these mats or not. I have to scrub these quite a bit to get clean, kind of defeating the purpose of me buying these. For the price I would definitely look at other options before purchasing…
Adequate but not great. I bought two sets of these for my Masterbuilt smoker to make beef jerky. Although they do work well they donât seem to work that well for making jerky. The tight weave of the material catches the moisture instead of letting is slowly drip off. Also, they are super tough to clean. Short of laying these out on the driveway and taking a good brush to them they just donât want to come all the way clean. These are probably ideal for grilling veggies but not much else as far as I can…
