Fantastic food when it works. [Edit: After 4 smokes, I find this isn’t producing as much smoke as the old one. Contacted Masterbuilt and they’re Fed-Exing a replacement heating element and chip tray (no charge). I’ll update this after I pop the replacement in. Got my fingers crossed because I like this unit a smidge better. Update: Nope. Received the parts and the pics in the instructions correspond to the old unit. I don’t want to make guesses where wiring’s concerned. I am so bummed to be returning this.]We…
