Works as advertised… So I’ve done a few steaks and some chicken breasts and it does a good job of grilling leaving nice grill marks. As far as the authentic “outdoor grill flavor” goes – not really, although it does a better job with outdoor grilled flavor on chicken. I would say that the construction is not very robust, take off the grill plates and it’s weighs virtually nothing, mostly plastic. The grates and drip pan come off for cleaning but the sloped sides that lead into the drip pan are part of the grill and…
