This is a good cooker, don’t get me wrong This is a good cooker, don’t get me wrong. Set it up, protect it, and cook fast and hot… it’s the one for you! But I use it occasionally for lots of different BTU cooking, and it fails on two counts. It doesn’t run at low heat well (keeps flaiming out), and the burner nozzles break very very very very easily (they are the wimpiest little turds you can imagine and they are joining huge rugged items).
