Outstanding gift for a griller!! I always have a hard time with my brother’s birthday gift. But he does love to grill and he does love spicy food, and the good reviews combined with the uniqueness of this item made me go for it. It was a hit!! Since he and my sister in law are trying to eat a bit healthier I combined this with some lower fat cream cheese, Mex cheese shreds and Jimmy Dean TURKEY sausage crumbles in a gift bag. Jalapeño Rack with Corer I really like it, and being from the Texas Gulf Coast, my family likes jalapeños any way you cook them. This is a very good buy and is very sturdy. It has large holes, so buy it first, measure the holes across, then buy your peppers. I have an expensive cooker with smaller holes and my peppers were always falling out.
