Great little BBQ book First, I didn’t realize it would be a hardcover book. KUDO’s! And in great condition. The author, Dunstan Harris, does an incredible job of guiding the reader through the book and his history of learning these incredible bbq techniques. Personally, I found his memoir style writing of how he learned some of his techniques in Jamaica some of the most enjoyable parts of the book. I would recommend this book to the seasonal ‘grill-so-you-burn-your-eye-brow’s-off” guy to the serious grill master…
I really enjoy this book
