The directions are horrible. There are, literally, no instructions, only diagrams. Also, knowing what tools I will need would have been helpful, instead of finding out as I go! I assembled my grill and have 2 round plastic end pieces that seem to fit no where. The name plate has 2 prongs that are about 1/2 the size of the holes in the lid (and there are 3 holes for the name plate). There were no end covers for the front plate where the knobs are. And there were no screws to hold the two side…
The grill preformed well — at least for the first three times I used it. The Piezo igniter worked for the first time and then failed. The assembly process was extremely difficult — about a three hour project, for a Mechanical Engineer, who is a very handy person. The instruction assemble book was next to worthless.
