Best grilling book ever My copy of this book from 2001 is dog-eared and worn with sticky-note bookmarks for favorite recipes though-out. I bought this copy for my son and fiancee as a house warming gift.This book is great for techniques and recipes. Every recipe walks you through the full techniques, preparation and grilling to create mouth watering food on the grill.
