Great Grill, questionable customer service. I purchased the Grill Dome (in Red) about 2 months ago and have been pleased with the unit so far. It is extremely efficient and has done really well with long low temperature smoking, pizza and general BBQ. The fit and finish of the Grill Dome is impressive. Highly recommend!!! Purchased my first Grill Dome in 2007 and had to leave behind on a recent move. Glad to find a deal on Amazon!!! Excellent grill with ability to grill at high temps or indirect cook/smoke at low temps. Tall lid allows for extension rack or larger meats. Favorite is to Grill turkey frequently. Great ceramics and new features (as compared to 2007 version) such as stainless steel dial top to control temps and flip grate to allow charcoal/wood to be added without removing food.
