Super fast steaks!! I bought a “certified refurbished” Griddler to save a little money ($79.95) and have had it for over 3 months now. (The refurbished Griddler comes with a 90-day warranty.) So good, so far. It works great for panini sandwiches and you can leave it open for frying eggs, bacon, etc. Using the “sear” function is a great way to cook 1-inch steaks to medium rare in about 5 minutes flat!
