Fantastic but what’s with the high price fluctuations? These flavored pork rinds are a GREAT way to eat “chips” while avoiding the high carbs found in most of them. They are a perfect compliment when eating an unwich from Jimmy Johns or any burger/sandwich (minus the bun for those watching carbs) and are a very acceptable replacement for potato chips and french fries. Really, Really Good Pork Rinds It seems like pork rinds are having a moment in popularity and I couldn’t be more thrilled as I am a big fan of them. The crispy, yet airy, yet very flavorful snack has been a favorite of mine for as long as I can remember.
