This thing works great. My only problem is that, in my personal case, it’s overkill. I don’t usually do that much deep-frying. The filters that I ordered to use with the funnel are too high-priced to be used only once (I’ll rate the filters separately) so I intend to substitute cheese cloth when the filters are gone. The thing is well-made and durable and will probably last forever. I’d definitely recommend it for someone who uses a lot of cooking oil. One of the reasons I bought it is, I…
