COMPLETELY UNUSABLE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED!!! This item is garbage. It is so poorly made that the two pieces won’t even fit together. It is 100% unusable. I even spent considerable time trying to trim off the hanging shreds of plastic that seemed to be obstructing the fit between the lower portion and the upper tube. Even that didn’t work. I took the advice of some other reviewers and ordered some cheap cat litter to fill the included metal bucket a 1/4 of the way to prevent the smell of smoke and the risk of fire.
