Awesome Can! Pretty Vandel Resistant I drilled a hole in the side of the metal can and placed in Eye-Bolt allowing me to wire this thing to my fence with Tension Wire. Made a great addition next to my benches for tenants and others to place there cigs into. Solid metal bottom is sturdy, but plastic top may not be I bought this butt receptacle for outside my apartment building, in the hopes it will stop some of the residents from throwing their butts on the ground. I like that the bottom is steel, which gives it weight. I don’t feel it needs to be tied down, or have a layer of sand inside. However, a couple things I don’t like as well: the opening in the bottom section seems small to me, and will make emptying it more difficult.
