Missing Part / Broken Part This smoker showed up to me missing one of the rails that hold the racks in place. The first time I used it, the handle for one of the smoke dampers fell right off in my hand.So why 5 stars? Just got this smoker a couple of days ago & I would like to say instructions were on point and I received all the parts unlike some previous reviews. Biggest problem I have right now is the tempatire gauge is beyond off by at least 20 degrees and this could seriously ruin a meal. My thermapro digital temperature which has worked great on my other 2 smokers never fails with reading the heat, so I know thatâs not the problem. I bought the charcoal version as a Christmas present for my son. I was disappointed to hear from him that there was not a water pan included. From reading the product questions I was under the impression that a water pan was included. In fact, I’ve never heard of a charcoal smoker not having a water pan! I currently smoke on a backwoods smoker with a water pan and even the cheap old brinkman type bullet smokers had a water pan. Certainly he could place a foil/metal pan on the bottom rack as a…
