Missing Part / Broken Part This smoker showed up to me missing one of the rails that hold the racks in place. The first time I used it, the handle for one of the smoke dampers fell right off in my hand.So why 5 stars? Two words: CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I remember specifically ordering this grill because I noticed that the company responded to nearly every negative review and even some of the positive ones. Works great for occasional user! This product works as billed. Stainless steel grates are into their third season and still look brand new. No signs of rust, but I do keep it covered most of the time. The only issue is that there are times when it will not reach the desired temp (220-240 degrees) when it is cold outside. I do have some suggestions for you:1. In photo 1 see a simple addition I made to add liquid to the liquid holding tray while cooking. This is so you do not have to open the door to add liquid while…
