Assembly on this grill was surprisingly easy; I had it from box to patio within an hour. Quality of materials was high–good steel, blister-packed nuts&bolts, good tolerances as pieces fit together–and instructions were clear.Using the grill is also a breeze. The two grill pieces can stack to one side or be removed easily, so you can fit a charcoal chimney/starter in the firebox. Grill is easy enough to put together. Instruction are normal, they suck. Charcoal tray was drilled wrong so I re-drilled the screw holes. If somebody without the tools to do so had it they would be out of luck. Also, the tray itself could be a bit heavier, but all in all I like it. I have been cooking on it for a couple weeks now and have figured out its little secrets and believe it will serve me well enough for what I paid for it.
