Great value and excellent smoked results. New to smoking and therefore I did some research for a value priced item that would meet my requirements. I chose the Dyna Glo after reviewing many sources. I like the sturdy two door arrangement, heavy chip tray, and heavy water pan. I did add seal material around each door to eliminate smoke leaks. Smaller than described – too small for 16″ x 24″ smoker This is my second review, The first a week ago, At that time this unit was in question, I could not get enough heat after stacking wood on top of the charcoal I was able to reach the temperature of 200 degrees.Today I used a well known brand of charcoal to test this smoker again and with a few coals “”Bang “” I was up to 175 degrees in 15 Min.So the Coal I used 1st was bad So I’m rating this a 5 star smoker Very roomy.I did 3 filets about 8 lbs or 15 pcs…
