Just Ok, Has a Few Issues as Do I This is my first smoker. I actually put this unit together and cooked all day on it. Below are my impressions.Setup:The instructions are poor. The box says 15 minutes. Not even close. I’m good at putting things together and this just goes slow. Be careful the legs will scratch the black bowl when you put them on. Solid, well made, with poor instructions
This unit is very large, much larger than most of the other ones I’ve seen. The 18 inch refers to the diameter of the can (distance across) not the height.It comes with two levels of grills for smoking.The assembly instructions are poor. Three of the grill holders had to be installed but this was not indicated. It comes with a huge variety of unmarked screws, of which you only use half. By unmarked I mean that the instructions say to use Screw A and nut B but when you…
