The one easily controllable burner allows you to sear meats at high temperatures and then lower the temperature to allow food to cook through. And the built in thermometer monitors the grill temp for you. The stainless finish will look as good at your home as it will on the road. And with an inner/protective liner in the lid, the beautiful steel look will look better and last longer.

Great gas grill. 4 stars out if five because like most gas grills it is very hot directy over the burners.
There is nothing worst than NO customer support Used it 3 times and the both burner knobs are already malfunctioning. Emails to Cuisnart go unanswered AND phone calls are NOT accepted. So, how in the world will this thing get fixed? There is nothing worst than NO customer support. Can’t figure out why both knobs feel like they are stripped and just spin around.
