Charcoal Companion CC3807 Flame Friendly Ceramic Chicken Roaster

Get the benefits of cooking with high heat without the weight or maintenance of cast iron! The Flame Friendly series of grilling accessories conduct high, evenly-distributed heat to cook your food, but are lightweight and easy to clean. Fireproof, and thermal shock resistant up to 700 F (371 C). With this roaster, you can roast evenly-cooked and tender chicken. Add your choice of beer, wine, stock, or other liquid to the roaster’s reservoir for even more juicy, flavorful meat. The roaster’s nonstick glaze finish makes cleaning up easy. To insert stainless steel wire handle, squeeze the open ends of the handle together, place in the roaster’s liquid reservoir, align the wire tips with the roaster’s holes, and guide them through. HOW TO USE: If desired, fill the reservoir with your choice of liquid. Take your prepared whole chicken and place on the roaster, inserting the wire handle though the chicken’s body cavity. Arrange the chicken’s legs so they rest on the base of the roaster. Roast according to your recipe. CARE: Do not use abrasive scrubbers. Use a sponge or plastic scrubber to increase the life of your roaster. Dishwasher safe. Caution: Roaster will get very hot. Use heat-safe gloves when handling. Do not use on infrared grills. Liquid in reservoir will also become hot; take caution to prevent spills. Avoid using metal tongs and spatulas with non-stick glazed products as they may mark the surface.
