I love it. Grilling is in my DNA This grill has had some mixed comments, so I wanted to weigh-in with hopefully an accurate and objective review. First, I love it. Grilling is in my DNA. My grandfather manufactured the first Hasty-Bake for Grant Hastings after WWII, so quality grilling is something I know about. Hasty-Bakes are a classic. Wonderful grill. I am able to reach over 700 … Wonderful grill. I am able to reach over 700 degrees with only about 12 coals. It’s insane how quickly it can cook. I was able to cook a thin cut steak in three minutes, about a minute and a half on each side. It’s awesome. The grill surface is a bit small at about 14 inches of usable diameter. But it’s awesome for what it is. It’s portable enough to carry around a deck with one person. One word of warning, buy a grill cover, the lower portion of the grill retains water even when closed while…
