ONE WOMAN, ONE BEER, ONE SCREWDRIVER needed for ONE GRILL ASSEMBLY One woman, one screw driver, one beer needed to put together one grill! It took me about two hours, probably a little less. Opened the package at 3:00 pm and were grilling chicken for dinner. I was actually pretty impressed with how easy it was to assemble. The directions, not much of a surprise, were not great.
