I love the hybrid concept using the tray for the charcoal and the gas burner to light the coals. No lighter fluid, matches paper or anything else. Just place the metal tray inside the grill over the burners, fill with charcoal and ignite the gas burners until the coals are heated (about 15 minutes). Food tastes wonderful cooked on this grill include hamburgers, hotdogs and steaks. I would highly recommend this grill. It…
