I’m new to smoking, and This smoker was easy for me to use, and everything comes out great. Had this smoker for about a Month and a half already, and used it a total of 4 times so far. Everything came out great, no problems. I recently bought the stand and cover for it and now it resides outside. Great Big Smoker, A Few Foibles First let me say the the construction quality is top notch. This is a heavy(ish) unit that is very sturdy and well put-together. The design is functional but handsome, and while one doesn’t buy a smoker for the looks, this one certainly does look good (especially the “deluxe” model with the glass front – but more on that later).
