Gets the job done
Great product I’ve used my Bradley BS916 a few times now and have a pretty good feel for it. Overall, it’s a very good smoker. There are a few drawbacks to it though:- Shipping box looked like it had been dragged behind the truck rather than on it. Smoker was ok but had a small dent in the door. I figured if it smoked, I didn’t care about a dent.- Instructions were confusing and poorly written. Once I finally found my model, I noticed that references to pages and diagrams had the wrong page…
