Bourbon Smoked Pepper

More bourbon, more smoke, you may have a winner. I smoke peppers, herbs, spices, and salts for a living. We had this notion to foray into peppercorn market and purchased this highly recommended product to use as a reference point.I must say, coming from a “seasoned” smoker, I was more than let down with the lack of bourbon and/or smoke flavor in the pepper.
