Great product, poor customer service I have a BGE and love it. It’s very versatile, I use it for everything from grilling to slow cooking meats for hours. It holds temperature very well once you get the hang of it, and essential is set and periodically check and you’re good to go. I use a Thermoworks temp monitor check cook and meat temperature without opening the lid which makes it easy to eep the temperature and not overcook the meat. I Love my BGE MiniMax!!! I just had to write a review after reading the two reviews here – one guy says he loves it but gives it one star – maybe he thinks one is best?Anyway, i’ve had my mini max for over a year and grill on it a lot – it’s mostly kept outside without a cover and i haven’t had any problem with the finish.
