These are every bit as good as Silpat mats These are every bit as good as Silpat mats, but are a fraction of the cost. My only complaint is that they don’t go edge to edge on my half sheet commercial pans. Full disclosure, I knew that before purchasing them and decided that 3-4 cookies less per pan was worth it for the cost. (I often baked 30 dozen cookies in a few days and still decided yo buy these slightly smaller mats.I am concerned that so many people are cutting these. THE multi-purpose tool for the 21st Century Kitchen! Silicone baking mats are a must for anyone who regularly bakes. They are convenient, easy to clean and help protect other cooking equipment. These are the cheapest I could find while searching and they work very well. Silicone is silicone so go with these. Sure – these are perfect for non-stick baking and I would not be without them for cookies, candy, etc., and having 3 means more production in less time for less money.
