This is an awesome accessoroy to the 4 gallon fryer. Nice cart. I do wish it allowed the fryer to remain the original height. It’s lower than the original stand. The directions are lacking detail but if you are mechanically inclined you’ll have no problem assembling. Basically, you remove the legs from the original fryer and the top portion of the fryer sits inside the roller cart. I’m attaching a photo of the fryer of the assembled cart. Hopefully you will find it helpful as it was difficult to imagine how it would look once assembled. Would…
