Now I’m grilling! Updated Review: August 4, 2016. Added pics this time. These really work great, but definitely can be a bear to clean. I found that using my little pampered chef scraper (after soaking mat for a bit) works miracles when it comes to clean up. I still love them, but not sure if it would simply be easier to clean the grill or not. And you STILL get grill marks on what you’re cooking!!!Seems to work great. You still have to watch for flare ups a bit so the flames don’t catch to sheet, but a good product. So far I’ve cooked bacon, hamburgers(with cheese), pancakes(amazing), and eggs all on the grill mat. The only problem I’ve run across is, in order to flip items, you have to hold onto the mat soi it doesn’t move around on you. AAAAAmazing! As it turns out when a man says he has cleaned the grill; what that really means is that he has run a wired brush over the grates.
